Ode To Sidney Sheldon

I am speechless.

I am sad.

Sidney Sheldon, one of my favourite authors passed away...
http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2007/1/31/apworld/20070131112949&sec=apworld

The master storyteller who weaved fabulous stories. Unforgettable titles such as Tell Me Your Dreams and Nothing Last Forever (the book made me want to find an architect for a husband, hahaha). I read all of his books, I love all of them.

Feel like crying, huhuhuhu.

Adaptability

I have found a new way to blog from this institute *cringe*
Anyway talking about an institution made me associating it to a 'mental' institution.
Since there are no wireless connection at my hostel block, I was left with blogging through my notepad before even posting it online. Of course the process would actually involve hauling my laptop to the classroom that is situated on the 2nd floor of the main building.

One thing that sure need some adjusting - the day.
The last time that I went to school with of days on Fridays and Saturdays were when I was in primary school - before the state of Johor changed its public holiday to Saturdays and Sundays.
I always had it in my mind, the first day of school is Monday instead of Sunday, the last day would be Friday instead of Thursday. I even got my days mixed that I read the Yassin for Thursday night on Wednesday -_-; I sure need some time adjusting *sighs*

The most unbelieveable feat - I even managed to learn how to wear high-heeled shoes *in awe* though I had my fair share of stiff ankles and calf.

Even though the choice of food is unlimited, I just have this uncanny feeling that instead of losing more weight I might actually piling more, based on the daily consumption of nasi air from the food stall outside the institute fence since, of course those poyo cafe & canteen owner does not sell food for dinner. The cafe sells burger during night time but then again, their cooking methods is something that drive me nuts. It is rare to find a place with cooks who could cook really fast. Just have to be grateful that there is food at all.

Assignments are piling in. Spending a weekend here with almost no source of amusement drives me crazy. To go out for shopping and supplies, of course would cost money which at this moment is something that I have to save real well until the allowance kicks in. The taxi to Jerteh costs RM 15 per trip, the bus to Kota Bharu from Jerteh is RM5.20. And the allowance will be kicking in another 2 or 3 months max *dies*. Luckily I still have some from my last salary *sweat* To bring my car... I kept on imagining my poor lil Kancil going through a 12 hours journey (if I'm that lucky). I just can't do that to my car. Motorcycle... after my allowance, I just might post my old Kriss here.

Anyway, a very belated birthday wishes to my new room-mate FAREEZA & my ni-ban dream guy SAKURAI SHO on 25th January *dance here and there*

Tadaima!!!! What to do in Besut

I'm now at the teacher training institute in Besut. So far, well, its okay other than the fact that I have to fight for lunch. By the time it's lunch time, nearly everything in the tray was gone. I could only conclude that the students here are as ravenous as piranha when it comes to eating time. Internet is limited, with the firewall and all sort of stuff. Downloading is impossible, which of course made my Friday a drag since it's HYD day.

Hmmmmm
What else to rant about?
Went to the Japanese Drum Concert at Istana Budaya... even if I did not manage to snag the ticket for the auditorium, we just watched it at the foyer area. Went to the Tokyo! Tokyo! Exhibition at Megamall, get to know the kakkoii Masayuki Akiyama, the salon director... *sighs*

HYD2

Shoot me if you must.

I'm still in the HYD2 mood. I finally finished downloading the whole friggin file yesterday morning. It's super mega 1.3GB file. As much as the outrageous size, managed to download every single bit the moment I reached home on Monday from Serdang. Finishing with the file transfer to my laptop, drove all the way to Irra's house to watch it with her.

Tsukasa giving Tsukushi the cold shoulder - even after she traveled thousands of miles from Tokyo to New York *furious*. But then again being Jun - my ichiban who always have a way of relying double expression and of course so darn kakkoi playing Tsukasa the eyes does not lie when they frist met at the hotdog stand which of course amuses me to the bone. Like come on - I don't think an heir would actually go to the side of the road to buy hotdog. Imagine Paris Hilton buying hotdog -_-; nai nai, inconceivable.

The line - "What do you want with our Great Domyouji?" by one of Tsukasa's BG got me laughing my head off. I mean seriously I don't think any of the bodyguards in the US would actually say that.

Amusement aside I just have this feeling that season 2 would be emotional - the part when Makino poured her heart out to Tsukasa's sister surely stung my eyes. Well okay shoot me again I am such an emo when I watch HYD -_-; When Utada Hikaru's - Flavour of Life was played with flashbacks from HYD1, my dam broke T_T

Toma...
You're such a geek playing Junpei. But when all was revealed, you're as kakkoi as you were in West Side Story Butai with Oh-chan *sighs*

Love so sweet - as much as the new Arashi song in HYD title is a wee bit cheesy, the tune is so darn infectious. Hontouni ai no uta, hehehehe
*singing* Omoi de zutto zutto wasurenai sora, futari ga hanarete itemo, donna sukina hitoite au kisetsu nidotonai...

Before I forgot...
Congratulations Nofie for your beautiful baby girl *banzai!!!!!!*
try call phone kau asyik msg aje huhuhu

HYD2 Day!!!

The day has come
Tonight at 9pm (Japanese time)
Hana Yori Dango 2, 2 hrs and 15 minutes will be aired
YATTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And yeah, I have been going nuts watching the CM over and over and over again for the past several days XD
I just love it that they still have the original casts from HYD
The B*tch 3 is still there
Nanako Matsushima as the ever-ganas sister Domyouji Tsubaki
The ever-evil mother Domyouji Kaede's laugh

Not forgetting the addition for only 1 episode

Toma!!!!
I definitely have to blame Mimit for feeding me Toma when I stay over in SG
He's just super kakkoi being the dorky/devious Junpei *sighs*

Jun!!!
Always my ichiban XD
No longer with the permanent perm being Domyouji Tsukasa
Now the hair looks softer XD

Darn Clubbox for being close to not moving, huhuhu
I hope they would up it on d-addicts huhuhu
Well I know Meteor Garden and Hana Yori Dango kept being compared because both of them are based on the manga Hana Yori Dango
I am biased anyway and say that Hana Yori Dango rocks XD
