Sayonara Tomodachi

Hectic day.

Psyched up since I've finished getting the music video for KCE the movie 2. About a team of friends, who also played for the local baseball team (hence for the weird jersey number below - ? and 1/2). For KCE fans, I know it's one of the most anticipated MV - who could forget Bussan (Junichi Okada of V6) the cancerous unemployed team captain, Bambi (Sho of Arashi) the former dote, Uchi the adorable dork with a CIA father, Ani (means big brother) the wallpaper big brother who was being shadowed by kid his brother's success and Master the pub owner with wife and kids. Mimit would always go crazy if I went 'Mohko' with her, hehehe.

And...

It's Aidah's last day working at the company...
Feeling sabishii already T_T

No one to spaz about Arashi, J-drama and J-pop during work day
No one to cover me up when necessary
No one to swap CD with
No one to talk to at work (bosses not included)
*teary eyes*

SABISHII, uwaaaa!!!!!

Dedicating Seaside Bye Bye to Aidah - mata itsuka ne~~~~ *waves*

Hontouni arigatou for introducing me to Arashi by baiting Jun in Gokusen.
And for those baka-session mixing Japanese with English and Malay.

4th Day

I felt like my feet had already been amputated (-_-);

Went off to Singapore with Dayah, her beau and his cousin today.

While they were in the shopping frenzy, I went to my normal spot - Kinokuniya, HMV & MISE... but much to my irritation MISE was closed, grahhhhhhhh. It was supposed to be open everyday *harrumph*. Called Mimit. Too bad there were not enough time to go and beraya at her house.

Gomennasai, Mit m(_ _)m

Managed to get my hands on December issue of Popolo which features Arashi... in bed with red coverlet (#_#)

I don't have a scanner so all the credit goes to fybabe
.

ニノ相葉大野

Well... the pictures were not as naughty as I made it sound like (^_^);

One thing for sure, I know I won't be able to get my raya fantasy come true...

To see those guys donning full suit of baju Melayu in their own colours, hehehehe >^3^)>

3rd Raya

Like any other raya day, today is filled with visitations to relatives' house. My sister and I joined Mak Jun's family for the raya tour since my parents and lil bro were not in the mood to move around. Dayah was put in charge to drive the van and I was the co-pilot. Much to the passengers' discomfort and irritation both of us launched into singing old boyband songs which was popular during our schooldays. In those days, the boyband list was very long that we could never recall who was in which band. Sungguh poyo, wahahaha.

At the end of the day I accompanied Dayah to the hair dresser for her regular hair-dressing session. It was kind of sudden, though I decided to cut my hair. The hair that I left uncut for more than 2 years. Melancholic or sad when I got the hair cut? Not that much but I did bring some of it back home. Sayang beb.

Well that was just some portion of my hair but what was being cut was actually longer than that. Now I felt like my head is few pounds lighter (^_^)V

Selamat Hari Raya

*Sing song voice*
Selamaaat Hari Rayaaaaaaaa
Hari untuk kita bersukariaaaaaaa

Since I was at my sister's mercy to get the kain of the baju kurung done... I ended up still sewing the hook by the time our first visitor came (-_-); I would say the morning was quite a havoc. Mak was ironing my abah's clothes, my sister was in charge of getting the food for the mosque ready and I was put in charge of cooking the only thing left in the menu - chicken in soy sauce with sambal goreng. Pushed my sister to finish off my kain (since I dunno how) if she wants me to send the food to the neighbours and finally, my baju raya was done in at 10am, huhuhu.

First off, to my atuk sedare's house in Kangkar Pulai and then to my uncle's house in Skudai Baru just in time as the rain pours down like cats and dogs. Everyone was soaked wet so there we waited for the clothes in the dryer to dry off before we could go anywhere at all. I suppose, going to Pak Din's house was a grest idea since not long after 'Bawang Merah Bawang Putih' ended on TV my other uncle arrived with his family and sometime later another one reached there. Now that is just the perfect time to get our family picture done - not that the whole 10 families could be there at once, 4 is just okay.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

I couldn't breathe when the visitations ends. My stomach was already in a havoc - too much ketupat and rendang on the first day of raya is already too much. Not to mention with the additional cheese spaghetti at the end of the tourage at Pak Mi's house, I was near to explode which proven to be accurate since I had to keep on waking up in the middle of the night for my toilet sessions. Penat, huhuhu.

Selamat Hari Raya everyone!!!

Drag drag drag....

I have to admit that this year's raya is the most unprepared raya of all time - for me that is. Usually at this time of the month I would already have the raya cookies in line (bought that is ^_^; ) on my kitchen table, baju raya would be ready to be picked at my neighbour's house and small change for duit raya would be ready - since I collected RM1 a month earlier.

As for now....
My baju raya is still un-sewn, cookies... well let's just say that my mak and I planned to bake our own this year though we haven't start anything yet and as for duit raya... I'm gonna have to hunt for RM1 my own since I was too busy to get small change from the bank.
To Do List:-
  1. Sew the baju raya and get it done before 1st Syawal.
  2. Bake cookies and some cake - have to be done a day before raya.
  3. Clean up the house.
  4. Scrub all the grime and dirt from my car.
  5. Hunt for RM1 or RM5.

Since my current site is at Taman Delima - next to Taman Daya and near to Jusco Tebrau, I set off to find some baking ingredients that my mak passed me in the morning. It turned out to be a headache since my mak did not specify how much is a box of cornflakes that we need - jumbo size? normal size? small? or how many gram of butter that she wanted me to get... 10 blocks of 500g butter or 10 blocks of 250g butter? Aisehmen... I guess if it was the age before handphone existed, I might end up buying too much of everything ^_^;

My feet were killing me and my stomach was growling. After dispensing the groceries to my car, I head back, in quest for food. Since I watched Arashi no shukudai-kun in the morning with them eating tako tentacles tempura, my tummy was craving for Japanese food. Went to Sushi King and honestly it was weird eating alone during breaking fast since everyone came with friends and family. I guess it would be normal if it's lunch time but then again, what do I care I was just hungry. While waiting for my beef yakiniku set to come, went to kacau Dee a bit through smses (gomenne Dee, tak beli Nana or sekai no chuushin sebab ternampak Tsubasa Chronicles movie, hehehe).

Oh and before that, went to Harris again and My Boss My Hero has arrived. I chose to skip the boxset since I already choked with laughter reading the synopsis at the back of the boxset. It went like, not that accurate lah but more or less - 'Sakaki Makio adalah seorang pengurus (or was it pengarah?) kumpulan "Kanto Sharp Fang" bla bla bla yang telah dipaksa ke sekolah tinggi kerana menggagalkan perjanjian bernilai 27 billion'. Pengurus kumpulan? It would be easier if they put 'waris kumpulan yakuza Kanto Sharp Fang' now won't it?. 100% ayat skema, huhuhu.

I suddenly developed a very strong urge to listen all NewS songs - esp Cherish, Hadashi No Cinderella Boy and Sayaendo (how many groups could sing a song titled grean peas without sounding funny? LOL). Well I actually cleaned the whole CPU off of NewS and KATTUN (erk!) stuff thinking I wouldn't want to hear them again, I was wrong. Good thing I saved those songs on Aidah's PC so nothing's lost... well maybe I have to ask for anyone to upload I.ZA.NA.I.ZU.KI for me, huhuhu. I'd probably have to blame Tegoshi for it since he was in My Boss My Hero. Then again I might have to blame Johnny for it since he put Nagase & Tegoshi in it XD.

Quoting comments from Mimit's LJ about Jin's sudden 'Off-Time' from KT... KATTUN loses their A, which cut it short to KTTUN... reshuffle again ... you might get KNTUT XD

Tomorrow's the last day at work before raya, yatta!!!!

Few More Days... and Counting

Few more days left til my holiday starts and of course at this moment most of us has already lost our working mood.
It's all about the festive season - new clothes, raya cookies and cuisine, balik kampung fever and all sort. As for today, I spent it at the site since after the report that I diligently typed at the office went off like the crappy electricity supply at the office block. Once in a while, we have the kind of disturbance that last for 5 minutes before getting the power back on track. Totally frustrating.

Chased the client's site officer discussing about site verification just to find out that he's off by tomorrow noon. Uwahhhh, not enough time and so my boss sent me off to Jusco Tebrau which is only few minutes away to get a Deepevali hamper for him.

Jusco Tebrau? Nyehehehehehe *cunning thoughts*

Well actually how cunning could I get going to Jusco Tebrau that has a HUGE book store? *angelic face* and not forgetting their collection of Japanese boxset dramas and anime, hehehe.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Well... what I got... only 2 books, one for Dayah (Mitch Albom's For One More Day) and one for myself - yes that is Train Man book in English - the same story that airs on Saturday at 8tv - thread style, yatta!!!!!!! It kinda threw me back in time when Dayah and I was going nuts over Nan McCarthy's Chat (Pt 1), Connect (Pt 2) & Crash (Pt 3) book though we have never read the last part of the series. It was that darn hard to find Crash.

Though I saw that Byakuyakou is already out, as well as Kame's new drama. I wonder when My Boss My Hero would come out, hmmmm.

Synopsis wise - My Boss My Hero was about the next Yakuza heir, aged 27 who was being sent back to high school as a punishment by the Big Boss a.k.a his father because he was so darn stupid that he couldn't tell that 35 billion yen is larger than 27 billion yen. Well he actually blew the business arrangement that got his dad gone bonkers. The deal was if he did not graduate, his brother - the successful college graduate but with weak body would take over the gang. It was funny, especially when the whole school was running for the limited supply of home-made special purin (pudding) everyday. When the clock hits 12, students were stampeding the hallway with plans and devious ways to get it ^_^;

I'm left with the last ep which is currently dl-ding on my pc and through the story and still having stomach-ache from laughing too much.

I totally agree with the main character's thought.

High-school is definitely the best time of all - in my opinion lah ^_^

Countdown

Makin nak raya, makin nak cuti, hahahaha.
Been a busy weekend. Since I am quite a notorious procrastinator, I just started on my card-sending spree *sweaty forehead*. Then of course, since I don't know what else to post in my blog, here, a picture collage of my celebrity lookalike that I played off with jaja, tim & azah at JEM. The result actually varies from what was your expessions in the pictures that you tried to match up with. I tried 4 different pictures with 4 different expressions - the first result was okay but the result for the other photos were not that flattering. I was matched to Justin Timberlake's face, not forgetting Darren Hayes. One of the matches was to Normala Shamsudin (Ada jugak match muka celebrity melayu, hahaha) the one that made me fell over when Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Gary Sinise was matched too. So anyway, in this collage, it was stated that I looked 80% like Katie Holmes *gelak guling*. Cannot be trusted lah, hahahaha.

5 more days to cuti raya, yeay!!!

P.S: Intan & Mail, kalau korang baca ni aku nak alamat korang a.s.a.p

Vibe

I think I am carrying a bad vibe this week.
Twice I saw people falling down
One, near my office, a woman fell down unconcious all the sudden when she walked like a heap of bag. Since people were already gathering around her, I did not stop and help.
Yesterday, a car accidentally shaved off a motorcycle. The motorcyclist hit the road kerb and did a flying stunt onto the grass area. It was scary. And yet again people were already gathering around, and the car stopped and helped, I did not stop.
Arrghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Bad bad vibe.
